We are here to assist, create, develop and extract the ideas, needs and wants of a client to provide a one-of-a-kind, properly functioning space for a truly custom design.

OUR TEAM
Licensed Architect in Wisconsin, Illinois & Colorado, Jacob is the founding Principal and is involved in every aspect from Sales, Marketing, Design, Bidding and Construction Administration.
As a background, Jacob spent summers as an early teen through college working for a family framing carpentry business constructing residential structures. Soon thereafter, seeking Architectural experience, gained employment at a mid-size Architectural firm. This launched his career gaining 12 years of invaluable experience in design and construction, Architect licensure, and overall Architectural technical knowledge. Jacob is experienced in design for Residential, Office, Retail, Lodging, Medical Facilities, Athletic Structures, Historical Restorations, Adaptive Re-use, and Mixed-Use projects.
With a background of Interior Design and Space Planning, Deborah provides insight on each project from a technical design experience approach. Her contributions to projects include assisting in Architectural Drafting/ Design, Research, Product Specifications, Space Planning, and Photography. Beginning a career in early childhood education has lead Deborah to her true passion of Architecture and Design by having a natural intuition for proper functioning spaces, fixtures, and furniture arrangements. Her design and construction experience includes Residential and Light commercial projects.
